Parking is available directly in front of the location by Green P at $1/hour or on the neighbouring side streets for free.

Second Visit: $230
12 Month Reassessment: $230
Follow-up Visit (50 minutes): $215
Follow-up Visit (30 minutes): $120
Follow-up Visit (15 minutes): $66

While we may be able to accommodate walk-in or short notice appointments, please call the clinic before arriving if you do not have a scheduled appointment or need to pick up a product. Culinary nutrition is art of teaching people how to cook with food that nourishes them from the inside out. It’s about making sure that the food you eat is what is best for your body as an individual.
Culinary nutrition takes an ‘undiet’ approach to making sure we’re nourishing ourselves with the foods we’re meant to be eating and that make us feel good.
We’ll work with you to create meal plans and recipe books that not only, align with your specific requirements from a nutritional perspective, but also provide recipes that you actually want to eat!
After we meet for an hour going over the details of your protocol and requirements, you will receive a customized plan or recipe book just for you!
Our goal is to help you feel good and teach you how to enjoy eating and cooking again.
